Zurich, October 28, 2025 - Carpfield and Interactive Brokers, one of the world's largest electronic brokerage firms, have announced a strategic partnership to integrate Interactive Brokers' execution and market data services with Carpfield's AMC (Actively Managed Certificates) Creator platform.
The partnership enables financial institutions using Carpfield's platform to seamlessly access Interactive Brokers' deep liquidity pools, competitive pricing, and extensive asset coverage when creating structured investment products. Asset managers can now build AMCs that incorporate equities, options, futures, and other instruments from Interactive Brokers' comprehensive offering.
Strategic Significance
This integration represents a significant expansion of Carpfield's ecosystem and demonstrates Interactive Brokers' commitment to supporting the evolution of structured products. For Carpfield clients, it means access to one of the most reliable and cost-effective execution venues in the industry, directly within their product creation workflow.
"Interactive Brokers' technology and market access are exactly what our clients need as they create increasingly sophisticated investment products," said Pablo Jodar, Co-CEO of Carpfield. "This partnership allows asset managers to build products that were previously too complex or too expensive to execute efficiently."
Product Innovation
The integration is expected to accelerate innovation in areas like algorithmic trading strategies, options-based structured products, and global multi-asset portfolios. Asset managers can now conceive and launch products that were previously limited by execution infrastructure constraints.
